Everyone was really nice. They gave me a discount on a shirt even though I didn't have a coupon. I was able to go and get the shirt I needed without taking off security devices.
Ordering online especially in the delivery of your items is the worst! They are always late! Plus receiving a refund for my online purchases was a nightmare! The refund takes 7 days but it ALWAYS takes longer than that try 14 days! If you can buy it in the store just do that and save yourself the hassle!!!

From the minute I walked in the store, I felt as though we were being scrutinized. We were there to make an Amazon return and shop. While in the past it was difficult to find someone to assist with a question, it now seems as if workers are everywhere, watching your every move. Never have I shop lifted and I certainly didn’t appreciate the feeling I got in that store!
I mean it is Kohl's and I feel lucky we have this option in Arvada. From time to time it has come in very handy and they have some unique options for gifts that are also thoughtful for the planet and people making and buying them
This is a nice, big, clean, well stocked Kohl's. Good place for decent but not terribly expensive clothing.
Went in to return Amazon purchase and found two items of clothing with good discounts.
I would give it five stars, but there were a lot of empty spots, and it was a bit confusing to find certain items. Signs need to be fixed. Associates were nice, and we found some great clearance items. I have always liked this store!
